Conditions for Engineers in Japan with Working Visas
General Working Details:
• Location: Japan, mainly Tokyo
• Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break in between.
• National holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Holidays in total: 123–130 days annually
• Allowance: varies based on the company.
• According to Japanese labor laws, overtime is paid separately.
• Welfare: varies by organization and includes things like government social insurance, internal and external training, and assistance with studies and research.
• Pay: At least the same as that of Japanese citizens, which is usually 200,000 JPY per month.

• License of Engineering Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field
• Freshmen who are proficient in Japanese can apply.
• JLPT N3+ not required but preferred
• English proficiency business level
• Recent CV or resume with a recent photo
• Additional Photos per the requirements of the visa
Although it does expire, the Stay Engineering visa would have a long-term period; how long you stay will be determined by the case. Typically, a visa would be valid for five, three, or one year and three months.
