Japan is seeking foreign workers, including Nepalese, to provide nursing care. Japan is now accepting Nepali workers in 13 other fields, which include construction, agriculture, fishing, hotels, and restaurants under the new visa status under specified skilled skill, except for nursing care, which has the highest number of workers.
The main task of nursing care is the safety of the elderly in assisted living. In addition, workers will also be responsible for bathing assistance, moving bowls at mealtimes, and other activities.

• Age: at least 17 years old
• Sex: male and female
• At least 12th grade pass
• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N4 and above but must be able to prove that they
can have day to day conversation about Japanese custom and practice.

• Maximum age of 40
General working details:
• Location: inside Japan
• 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM is the working day, including a one-hour lunch break.
• Saturday, Sunday, and additional national holidays
• There are 123–130 holidays in a year.
• Allowance: depends on each organization.
• According to the Japanese labor laws, overtime needs to be paid separately.
• Welfare: generally, government social insurance programs, internal or external training,
study and research assistance, etc. depend on the recruiting organization.
• Pay: usually from 160000 to 170000 YEN per month

Duration of Stay: Five Years
• Extensibility: You will only be able to enjoy your long life by earning Certified Care Worker National Qualification within five years.
• Requirement for the Language:
• It is JFT-Basic (JFT Basic A2), the same level as JLPT N4.
