Outline: Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) – A Japanese Initiative for Overseas Skill Development
Type of Visa: Technical Trainee
It is a type of visa for applicants willing to travel to Japan for the purpose of training in an
organization in order to acquire technology and other skills.
Can anyone apply?
Candidates with following skills:
• The applicant should be determined to acquire the necessary technology, expertise, and knowledge in Japan.
• The candidate should have the wits to use their technology skills and knowledge in Nepal after returning from Japan.
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Gender of
• Both of them
• Minimum 12th grade pass for SHINE.
• Language proficiency at least JLPT N5
General working details:
• Location: in Japan
• 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM is the working day (including a one-hour lunch break).
• Saturday, Sunday, and additional national holidays
• There are 123–130 holidays in a year.
• Allowance for Training:
• Overtime Not allowed
• Prohibited
• Welfare: According to the hiring company
• Social insurance programs run by the government, internal or external training, study
and research assistance, etc.
• Compensation: Usually just a training allowance
• Pay Increase: Pay increases when a person is promoted
• Bonus: available
Required Qualifications and Documents:
In case you can present the following, you may apply for a nursing care job in Japan.
• high school education up to the 12th grade
• JLPT N5 and above language certification levels are also available.
• Certificates of training, if available
• Current, updated resume or CV with photos
Additional information under this visa type:
• Duration of Stay: Six months to three years, depending on the period you will train,
• Extendable: Not at all.
• Niveau of Language not available : JLPT N4 or higher.
• Quota for trainees of Japanese organizations
i. Over 301 employees:20 trainees,
ii. 201-100 employees:15 trainees
iii. 101–200 employees: 10 trainees
iv. 51–100 staff: 6 trainees
v. Less than 50 employees:3 employees
